Warranty & Support

Every item sold by Syntex Server includes a minimum 90-day functional warranty from the delivery date, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Select new-condition items carry the balance of their original manufacturer warranty — this is called out on the product page when it applies.

Hardware failures under normal use, DOA (dead-on-arrival) units, and parts that don't match their listed specification are covered for replacement or refund.

Physical damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failures caused by incompatible systems aren't covered under the standard warranty. Extended coverage is available on request for bulk orders.
