Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're in the condition they were received in.

Custom-configured systems, opened software licenses, and special-order parts are final sale unless defective — this is noted on the product page before you order.

Unopened items in original packaging are returned free of charge. Opened but unused items may carry a 15% restocking fee.

Reach out with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue a return authorization and prepaid shipping label for eligible orders.
